Parliamentary Procedure is the proper way to run a business meeting according to Robert’s Rule. For the state competition, competing members are asked to take an online test before hand, and at the competition, they are asked to take fifteen minutes for preparation and then run a proper meeting with a given agenda in front of judges. In this meeting, they have to meet certain requirements in the meeting based on a scorecard. The scorecard consists of scoring for the following; secretary minutes, discussions, proper way of moving abilities, and the chair’s abilities.
