Around 40 Marysville FFA members with the invitation of FFA Alumni, traveled to Camp Muskingum to be a part of Alumni Camp on October 10th through 11th. FFA Alumni that attended included Jenna Lee and David Keck, both former Marysville FFA presidents. Officers planned game challenges as a part of all the activities members got to participate in during free time. These activities included, shooting targets, archery and canoeing. Along with all the fun and games, members got the opportunity to help Camp Muskingum for the generosity. Members took out bricks that were implanted in the soil to prepare the ground for a building that Camp Muskingum recently got the funds to build.
Members took about an hour to take out these bricks with the help of some Camp Muskingum employees. After the community service, members were free to chose any activity they would like to participate in. Officers planned activities such as, sorting yourselves on a log in order of birthdays without speaking or falling off the log. Officers also had an end of the night skits planned for entertainment. To surprise of the members at Alumni Camp, at the dark of night, Officers also had the chance to play pantyhose tag while members collected supplies for an egg drop activity. All in all, members had a fantastic time while helping out the community.
