Marysville FFA members traveled to London, Ohio on September 23rd to attend the Farm Science Review. The Farm Science Review gives the community a chance to see the newest technology in agriculture, Farm Science Review is not only open to FFA but also anyone who wants to attend. The Farm Science Review allows students to engage in agriculture while shopping and eating food from places such as the Cattleman’s Association.
Marysville FFA had about forty members attend the annual Farm Science Review. They saw all the new advances in technology for agriculture. Various tractor companies attended this event as a way to advertise their company such as, Case International and John Deere. John Deere gave out free prizes for listening to their videos over their technology in their newest tractors. Both companies also had stands of sweatshirts, hats, t-shirts, etc. that could be purchased. Associations were also present, such as the National Rifle Association. At this vendor, people could sign up to be a member and get a free t-shirt. Overall, Marysville FFA members had a great opportunity to see first hand, what agricultural companies are doing to advance their products in a fun way.
